If you have home and auto coverage with the same company, most companies will cover both damages under the homeowner policy.

The only vehicle that could be covered is a boat, IF it's in the garage, and the fire burns the garage and the boat inside of it.

Automobiles and motorcycles are specifically not covered under a homeowners policy; you have to insure them for fire damage under an auto policy.

Its best to have your coverage on both with the same company. Its cheaper and you don't have this problem. But if not... the car insurance will cover it with full coverage.
