It depends on:

1. type of company they are working for
2. What part of the country they are in
3. What they are doing (general tax, international tax, investments, etc.)
4. Their past experiences
5. Are they interfacing with clients or just working in the accounting department.

So you can't put a dollar figure on a general question.
