A store that starts with a "w" and ends in mart had several computers marked $98 sitting on the shelf we took one to the register and they told us they could not sell them for that price . It was $798. is that fair? Should they have sold it to us for the marked price

I just got a job offer the other day and accepted it. I will be working at corporate headquarters. They're sending me a new hire kit tomorrow. I'm curious to know what is typically included in a new hire kit. What types of paperwork did you have to fill out?

Is it going to reset soon if not already? or how many more months/years till it resets? Is it just going to be a hurdle once it resets or are you going to get slammed by the rate increase? I would like to hear your story/advice/or even your rants. From the deciding factor to signing up for the "suicide" loan till now. Have you refinanced yet? My neighbor has 20 animals in her one bedroom apt. Break down is 7 dogs inside crates, numorous cats some in crates others not. Rats, reptiles etc... She cleans the kennels on our shared walk leaving feces in the walk way and flower beds along with fur and garbage. The flies are our of control, the smell is worse! I called the animal control and the management, I also have written management before. They state they will talk to her. Animal control is going out again today to try to get to the animals that have no food or water (one weighs 30 pounds if that) it is a large breed dog! I cannot handle this anymore! I cannot open my windows due to the smell! My house if full of flies! The smell comes into the walls and up through the plumbing. I wrote management about this months ago and they got her to stop storing her garbage bags with litter on her porch but thats it. Plus, when I wanted a dog they told me that my dog was to large and they changed the rules since I moved in? Help us!!

I'm doing my capstone project in management, and we are working with a local bank to develop a strategic plan for them. One thing they are wondering is what the younger generation would like to see as far as products or services that the bank provides. Do you guys have any ideas related to technology, online/text message banking, personal finance classes, customizable debit cards, etc? What options would you like to see at your bank? Or those of you that bank at larger banks or internationally--what new innovative things do your banks have that we could look into starting at this small bank?

My broker has a habit of reducing my comish and my co-workers splits in the middle of deals.
She promises a certain amount of money, but when the deal is done, or very close to closing, she manages to use OUR commish to sweeten the deal for the buyer, OR she just chops my comission in half.
Is this normal, or should I start shopping around for a new broker?

Stock value goes up and down depending if they beat analyst predictions. But where can one find out their predictions? For example: where would you go to find Wall Street's prediction?

Also, a bonus question that i have is how do they calculate it?
