What is the toughest question you were ever asked at a job interview?

Why did you leave your last job? "Personal reasons" don't always cut it, and "none of your business" might disqualify me from the job I was applying for.

At least my way around it was "Personal reasons that had nothing to do with my employment". It may not have always been true, but I could dodge any past employment issues that would also disqualify me from the job.

Either way, I'm soooo glad that those years are long behind me as I'm in a position where I never have to work again.
