No not a scan. I bringing a child to the US for medical treatment and need to send them money for Passports and Visas.

Just do a bank wire transfer. Just get the banking information and account number of the person who you are transferring the money to and go to your bank. They will do the rest for a nominal fee. Any large transactions are reportable to the Feds, and depending on circumstances, the money may be held for a few days to verify the transfer.

The fastest way is actually Western Union, It can be done in upto 3hrs over seas.
