Does the agency take a one-time fee from the client company in that case, or a regular fee? Will I be receiving my full salary? If someone has some knowledge about this, please share....Thank you.

I live in a month to month rental apartment for two years and have given my landlord six weeks notice of my move. The apartment will be vacated Aug 15th. Am I still expected to pay for the whole month? What are the laws/protocol for this?
BTW Landlord is very cool and I have always paid on time/taken good care of the place and yard. Im just wondering what the norm is on this. Does anyone know?

I am very interested in learning the locksmith trade. I have been looking around and asking friends but I am still not aware of any hands on training. Sure I have seen the internet ads but when I sent them my email it was like I just gave it up to be SPAMED plus they called me 3 times per day so I didn't think they were very professional at all...any Ideas? I live in Connecticut Thanks

We are purchasing a home where the purchase price is much less then the appraisal. The actual value we are borrowing is less than 80% of the appraisal value. We will then put a downpayment of 5% on the loan when we close. Do we still have to pay PMI if the loan value is less than 80% then the appraisal value??

First they said I had to catch it up. Then they threatened me with foreclosure. Now they say they will work with me, but are waiting on some paper to cofirm that I have no other liens against the property. But they are still refusing to take my money, even though it is in my bank account. Is this legal? What can I do?

The renters market is really booming. We own several multis in CT and are thinking of getting some out of state. Anyone know about any untapped places that would be great money makers?
