I love my job...I am very well respeceted, have been there 6+ years, have my own corner office, get all the Internet access I want, only have to supervise one employee and have an awesome boss. Full time (which I am) is considered only 35 hours per week, and I can work a flexible schedule anytime I need to.
I also was just voted "Employee of the Year".
I get free health insurance.
It is a non-profit agency.....but people tell me all the time I can go somewhere else and make at least $20 to $30k minimum more somewhere else doing the same thing.
I love my 5 weeks vacation, app. 15 holidays per year, 12 sick days per year and I love my co-workers.
My fiancee is pressuring me to go somewhere else, and I've had friends tell me that I could make so much more money elsewhere too.
But, is money everything? I can pay my bills, although I do live check to check.
I know I don't get nearly as much as I should in salary, but I feel the benefits make up for it in a way.....I'm so torn.
