will the rising middle class of China and India cause oil prices to rise?

Of course, It's the law of supply and demand. As the Chinese and Indian population increase in wealth, they will be driving more. Right now China is building more roadways, and I'm sure India is doing likewise. Some predict the oil supply will last another 50 years. No need to worry, however, I'm sure some ingenious engineers are figuring out the best way cars could move without oil. Maybe, electricity, or another oil derivation.

Where have you been? Its already happend. And they are not the middle class, they are called consumers.
