I have an internet business idea and am looking for help to develop it as I have very little experience in web design. I'm not sure if my idea is totally original but I've done some research and believe it might be. Similar sites exist but I don't feel they're taking advantage of all there is to offer. Any suggestions on how I can take this forward would be appreciated.

My co-worker has not bathed since last week and came to work smelling of BO and beer. We share the same office, which isn't a large room. She is having a hard time right now because she got kicked out of her apartment and is living in her car. We don't get along and she yells at me alot and I don't like her. I thought about asking her if she wanted to stay at my place until she found a place, at least so she could bathe, but she is allergic to cats and I have 2. She is also deathly afraid of dogs and I have 2 big labs that are inside dogs. I don't know what to do.

It is part reypayment (£12k) part interest only (£21K)

I have overpaid by £10.5K, and want to pay off the mortgage early. What might be the restrictions ? EGG say I cannot withdraw the £10K but I am awaiting them to tell me what the befit of my overpayment has been.

Several years ago in the state of Illinois I owned 100% of an S-Corporation that I used for consulting work and myself as the only employee. I have since dissovled that corporation and re-located to another state.
