I was interested in the money down approach,to buying real estate
but I don`t know what the proceedure,is or how to get started.I am
a first time buyer,and with so much info out there,I am confused.
Help.

I print racing brochours and the printer keeps jamming like every 10 pages. It is getting quite frustrating. Any ideas? PS- the programs need to be put together and done today by 5pm. It's 1pm. There are 200 and I'm not even don'e printing the pages.

Looking for people that have had issues with banks charging more than should be. Such as one overdraft and they create multiple NSF fees, adding insurance to loans without proper notice or doing it legally. Contact me with your story !!!!

For example, when the gas prices, prices for milk, clothes, rent, real estate, utilities, etc. are jacked to the sky, but all this while there is no national increase in wages. There is a word for it I just can't think of it.

I have a liberal arts degree with an emphasis in French. I have lived abroad but didn't feel at home. I don't have my teaching license but don't really want to teach anyway. I feel like all of the jobs I can apply for are jobs I could have gotten right out of High school. Anyone need an ambitious go getter with vast amounts of drive to succeed? Anyone have a great job they love or any ideas for me? I am exhausted, two years out from graduating with my bachelors and I am floundering.
