I don't mean a notarized signature either. Can I go to any bank?

You can go to any bank. If you go to a bank where you have an account, they'll probably do it at no charge.

If you don't mean "notarized", and you're in the US, I don't know what that means. Why don't you ask the person or business that wants a "guaranteed signature" what they want, and then do that?

You should be able to go to any bank. You'll need your drivers liscence for proof especially if you don't have an account there.
