The all do. They would love to take advantage of a first timer.
Since you have no credit history your rate will be much higher probably about 30% interest.
If your job is low paying then a limit of about 300 dollars to start and the hope of hopes that you will pay the minimum on your card.
Once you surpass your limit you will be fined. If you've been paying on time they might even increase your credit amount to another 100 dollars.
Here's the trick, the fine is 40 dollars so really its only 60 dollar increase, and since the interest rate is so high you really only get 40 dollars, then you use it to buy a new pair of 50 dollars shoes and guess what, you've gone beyond your credit limit and you'll get fined another 40 dollars. If you haven't paid it below your limit before the next billing cycle, well they're gonna charge you another 40 dollars and before you know it your caught in their evil cycle of a 40 dollar fine and 2.5% interest every month.
Then will come the calls, the harassment, the...........
