Do you know that a loss of manufacturing jobs would have a trickle down effect? How would the economy be?

Hello,
I was curious to ask how a Chapter 13 payment is calculated. I know that the new bankrupty laws require the use of IRS spending averages to determine how much you can spend on food/clothing/housing. What happens if the house payment doesn't fit within the IRS guidline? Will the court allow you to keep your house? In terms of qualitity of living, is there any money left over after the payment for misc. items that might come up or are you left without a extra dime until the payment plan is over?

I got hired 2 years ago fresh out of college. Because I got hired right out of college, I get paid way below what I should be making, and a lot less than everyone else on my same position. Doc Ctrl in the medical field is very very hard work, you have know many procedures and learn many things. In the last 2 years there were 3 major projects, of which I was project leadertwice. It's been 2 years, I know my boss, and I know he's just not going to give me a raise and pay me what I should be getting paid. I've been getting other job offers elsewhere, but half of the department has left already because it's too much work we've been getting. I've been training the new guys (which are paid a lot more than me), but it's a lot of procedures you need to know at a medical company's Doc Ctrl, it takes time. I feel I'm going to leave a lot of clueless people if I leave now.

Should I leave?

I owe a good bit on credit cards I had before I was disabled. I am now unable to pay them. My social security barely pays the bills. I am being threatened and they are calling my parents, whom I haven't lived with in 4 years. Can I be sued and my check taken away for this? I can't afford bankruptcy.

"Professional" - CEO, etc. Think about this (I am in Florida, USA) -- 20 years ago my father-in-law retired making $8.00 an hour BUT his mortgage was $125.00 a month. The AVERAGE pay rate for the regular working person NOW is $8.00-$9.00 and hour but, for instance, the average home sells for $300,000.00 in our area. Rent for a 2 bedroom apt. is about $1,200.00. Can someone tell me HOW this happened? I mean, I know we can't all be financially rich but it is truly not right. Most of us are living on a prayer anymore and this is the USA!! Most of us don't have health insurance (me for one with serious health issues and can't get help because can't afford it - YET make too much $$ HA HA to get aid). How did this happen to us?????

I posted this earlier and maybe I didn't word it right so lets try again. . .

I WANT TO POSE NUDE FOR A WEBSITE . . . . this guy I know runs an adult site, He uses local girls, very amateur. I talked to him the other day and he said that he paid $300 the first time (around a 1 hour shoot) My question is. . . Is $300 good for a first time shoot. I wanted to know if any other women have done this and if so how much did you get paid, also if anyone else out there runs sites like this, how much do you pay your models? It's nothing hardcore, I just pose nude, no sex or anything of the sort. Please don't answer with moral values and stuff like that. . . . That has nothing to do with this question, I just want to know if $300 is fair.

I am 20 I work full time and go to school full time.
I wanted to finish my last two years out of town, and take some time off from working. This should be coming in less than a year. I live on my own. Parents help is not an option, they are in enough financial trouble. I thought I had it under control. Until my car broke down and now need a new transmission. Now I am digging in to my savings. Rent is $400. I paid off my insurance for the next year. I got to pay $1000 for school. I spend $100 in gas a month. Food is fixable. I make $1500 a month. I am I think financially wise for my age.Your money advice is not wasted on me. Thanks.
