I recently took out a payday loan at Money Tree I was able to view my check online via my bank acct today and saw that the date on the check had been changed. I called my bank & asked them I was told that if it were the signature or amount of check that were changed or altered then yes it would be considered illegal BUT they said that it was not illegal to change a date. Is this true?!?

I have to fire a guy tomarrow morning. Sounds simple, but it is just not me!!!! I don't want to. but I know I have to. I have tried everything I can think of to make this guy profitable and he still falls short. I have done it before and it doesn't get easier! I guess I should be glad it is hard for me to do this..... I tell myself that it shows I am not a cold hearted person. What do you think?

If due to bad knees you could no longer work as a waitress and you were in your 60's what would you try to do? Would you go back to school and if so how would you pay for it and your bills? I would like some suggestions on what to name my charity business. Here are the points about my business that are important in choosing the name:
--100% of profits from all sales will be donated to an eye hospital in south India
--jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets) will be made from semiprecious gemstone beads and silver and will be handcrafted by me.

Here are the ideas I have so far, but none of them satisfy me. I would like the name to be shorter and catchier. Let me know what you think of these or suggest others!
