10-good years on your credit bureaus. And if you have credit with Citigroup and American Express you can kiss then goodbye forever as they will no longer extend you credit. Don't file for it unless is the last resource.

Go to DaveRamsey.com or the library immediately and get his book. Read it and then decide.

Behavior or too little income may be the problems - and unless they are changed, bankruptcy is just a bandaid.

don't go unles u have 2. heck everthing out frist and make sure there maybe another way then banktrupcy
