Please give an example of how the pricing of an e-mini works. Let's just say we have 1 ES e-mini @ 1240 and the S&P goes to 1241. How much did the contract cost and now how much is it worth? Thanks for any help.

I watch Jim Kramer on" Mad Money "almost every evening. Although I don't watch the market closely I love watching the antics of Jim. He is downright entertaining. What a sense of humor this guy has !, but I seem to detect a cynanism in his tone about making money its as if he detests the idea of focusing ones energy on making money. Am I wrong?

The grocery store near me has a big collection bin for food for homeless charities. I try to leave food when I can, but I wonder, how do you know that the food store itelf isn't just reshelving the food to resell? (it wouldn't suprise me if some of the grocery stores I've visited would do this.)
Just pondering.

The tea bag or tea sachet would be a component of a new tea device for a small business venture. The bags would be made out of a textile that is a shear see through nylon type mesh and they would contain loose tea leaves and they would be incorporated into a disposable tea device. Overall, the problem involves coordination with textiles, tea growers, plastics manufacturing, and packaging.

I am a creditor in a Chptr 7 bankruptcy that was denied 12/25. When is the automatic stay lifted so that I can move forward with my lawsuit, which was filed prior to the filing of bankruptcy?

As part of this bankruptcy, there is an adversary proceeding that does not involve me and is now on appeal.

However, a Chief bankruptcy judge and a district court judge in Texas have both denied him a discharge. When is the automatic stay lifted? And can you site the statute for me to pass to my civil attorney?

He owes me over 200K so I want to move forward with my lawsuit ASAP.

If I am applying for several jobs within the same company, should I email my resume once with all positions that I am applying for in the subject box, or should I email it only once? Also if they dont ask for a cover letter to be sent- shouldI send it anyway? And can I use the same coverletter if they would be saying the same things anyway? And is it okay to email AND fax your resume?

He doesn't hear from his boss for weeks at a time then he calls at 10:30 at night on a Wednesday and tells him to be at work for an overnight job at 5:00 the next morning. When they get to the motel he is told that one of the workers will have to sleep on the floor because he will only pay for one room. He has to ask for his paycheck every week or he won't get it. He is expected to work for 12-15 hours without a break. He is expected to carry 150 pound pieces of iron by himself and if he asks for help he is ridiculed. He is expected to work in all weather-snow rain hail sleet. He is not paid by the hour or by salary but by the job and his boss decides what each job is worth which figures out to be roughly 10 – 12 dollars an hour. He never knows when he goes to work when he will get home at night. He never knows from week to week or day to day how much he will work or how much he will be paid. In all, his job is a great testimonial for staying in school. Should he find a new one?

I graduated with a four year degree in marketing and business management in 1995. I bounced around in various jobs such as a cook, a waiting and salesman. I recently went back to school and received a two year degree in Computer Information Technology in 2006. I'm concerned how the 11 year string of jobs as a waiter would look to future employeers. Should I just leave the bachelor's degree off the resume since its not relevant to my current career goals?
