There are no countries for sale. You'd have to start a coup and overthrow the government, establish a monarchy or dictatorship, and learn to be paranoid. There are some islands in the Arabian Sea or the Persian Gulf that are for sale. They're manmade islands. The contractor building them is making several islands that form a map of the world.
