starting your own business creating something that does not cost very much to produce (think Microsoft software -- costs 2 cents to manufacture the CD/DVD) and sells at a high price (think $300 MS Office) to a large market (who does NOT use Word, Excel, Access etc...)
Ofcourse the intellectual property and programming time was expensive -- but find something you can create and sell for a lot of money (how much $ has Clavin Klein made just by creating a "style")

well, w/ school cardiology is up there-w/o financial planner is there or like in New York City crane operators earn abt. $250K as I have read-obviously if you have a great idea or get into real estate investing, the sky's the limit.
