It means the products are being sold by a third party. For example, you may visit the NBC web site because you want to see what's going on with your favorite soap. NBC may have ads placed on their web site, paid for by a separate company and selling that company's product, for example refrigerators. That line means if you buy one of the sponsor's refrigerators and it doesn't work, NBC won't refund your money or fix it.

This is a pretty common situation and it's just like not blaming the TV station when the item in the commercial doesn't work. But if you're seeing this in any other situation, then I'd be suspicious of the company and the product.

It means that the company makes no claims about the fitness of it's products or services on it's website for any purpose whatsoever. They're weasels and the language they put in is meaningless. They are bound by State law. Any product must be safe for use as intended. For example, it they sell a bicycle, it must be safe for bike riding. It doesn't matter what they say or get you to sign. I just wouldn't buy from a weasel.

It means that the product may have multiple uses and the manufacturer does not give advice on any of those uses.

My best understanding is that they're trying to say that if you fine something non- age appropriate on their website, you can't get too mad at them.

basically means they don't stand behind their own product....have most likely had complaints about it....there's no warranty and you are on your own.
