Do they start you out in a certain position based on what they need filled? Or do they rotate you on many positions so everyone does a little bit of everything depending on the shift? Do the cashiers clean the bathrooms (they do at Burger King) or just wipe the tables and chairs more?

Example, car being traded in is worth $26K with a loan payoff of $30K.
If the car I want is $26K, is the full $30K financed again (the dealer gets my trade-in, pays off the $30K then finances $26K for the new car + the $4K negative equity)?

These calculations are driving me crazy and I want to be sure I have this straight before negotiating for the new car.

Next semester I'll have to do an internship. It is required for my major in marketing. I was curious if anyone had any thoughts in regards to companies that have well established internship programs.

In my own research I've found that many companies will take interns only to give them tedious office work. I'm not looking to file paperwork or do data entry, I'd like real world experience.

I've already fired of a dozen or so resumes to several different companies only to get nothing back. So I figured I'd turn to the collective mind of Yahoo! for answers.

This is for my "practice" interview tomorrow so it's better not to use any religious or political figures. I was thinking Oprah or someone else who has come from nothing and now has become someone and given alot back or I don't know. I'm drawing a blank. Any ideas would be great. If you give a name please give a little info on why you admire them. Thanks. :)
