i was a morning supervisor at Spencer Gifts at the local mall. i pretty much sold lava lamps, decorations for dorm rooms, joke gifts and sex toys.... guess which one brought in the weird ppl??
you have no idea what its like when someone you know walks up to the counter and sees you, and they're buying a sex toy. LOL. i worked there a year and a half or so, and it was pretty cool. i had to answer a lot of questions about a lot of strange items. and its a rule to ask them if they "need batteries for that?" LMAO. it was weird at first, but you get used to it in this order:
girl by herself, girl and guy together, guy by himself, 2 guys together.... lol. took some time to work up to that though.
i got hit on by a lot of ppl, but only about a fifth of them were the type of ppl i would want to flirt with. i had to turn away a lot of much older women, and a large amount of gay men. but the rest of those chicks were hot! hahahahaha.
the one thing i remember being really funny was this one girl who was in a wheelchair. she used to come in pretty much once a month and buy vibrators that were meant to be used in the shower/bathtub. she must have been using them a lot to be burning them out so fast. lol. she always had a different friend with her, and that friend always got really embarassed. but she was really cool, and pretty cute too.
aaahhhh. good times.

The strangest job I ever had was packaging earthworms and night crawlers in little round containers for shipping to bait shops. It paid pretty good, 8dollars an hour, for 8 hours a day. I lasted about 2 months. Then i decided no more packaging worms its time put them on the end of a hook and go fishing a while.

At age 16, I was the Easter Bunny at the local mall. Suit was hot , little kids screamed in terror and large people tried to sit on my lap. I signed up for the Easter season, so that's exactly how long it lasted.

i had i guy i knew from my regular job ask if i could help him out, part-time. i said yes, not knowing the job. we drove way out in the country@ 9:00 AM. it was a job cleaning a burned out house. i told him i did not know we were going to be stranded all day. he said he was going to the store so i gave him money for something to drink and food. the water there was undrinkable. he came back at 10:00 PM, drunk and with nothing. i was dying. he asked me to if i wanted to work for him again.
