I started my own lawn-care service and I only have just one person right now....AND IT'S SUMMER! I put up signs, but it doesn't seem to be working. Could you help me out?

she has just recently entered the nursing home, may or may not ever be able to leave, hasn't been detemined yet, but she just sold her house and is closing on it next month. how do we keep all of that money from going to the nursing home for ehr care?

Basicilly was demoted from assitant manager because asked for one Sunday per month off during the summer. Asked the manager of that area (who decides & makes the schedule) and was told that there wasn't a guarantee that he would get that Sunday off. BTW, she schedules herself off every Sunday and before she recieved the manager position she rotated Suns. off with this person that was demoted.

My mom does this art work (make wall decors) back in india. And i live in america. she only does it to decorate her own house. and i have convinced her to turn her talent into profession. now my question is does she or i need any kind of import or export license so that she can send me those wall decors to america and i can sell them on ebay and sell them on my store. remember it is only a small business. They are dominating the business...i think anywayz.....tons of people go to a wal-mart more than some other stores.........WERE all Gonna die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! next thing oyu know they be selling cars and babies........Someone has to stop this madness!! and then they be trying to build wal-marts in the other countries ahhh!!!! even though they supply jobs but stilll run!!!

Research has shown that majority of buyers chose the middle option - neither too cheap nor too expensive (called "compromise effect"). Would Sad people also chose something in between or go for the highest or lowest priced product? Any experience or anecdote would help.

I rent a room in a house where 2 other people also rent rooms. Our landlord & his wife also live in the house. In my room, I have a sliding closet door that is only fixed to a track on the top of the doors, not the bottom. So naturally, when I open/close my closet, the doors swing. Twice now, the doors have popped off the tracks & have gotten stuck where I am completely unable to get into my closet. I asked my landlord twice to fix it & the 2nd time, he made a big fuss about it, saying "there you go, i've fixed it for the 4th time now" (it was only the 2nd) & he said it does that because I swing the doors (i guess implying it was my own fault they broke). He made me feel bad for asking him to fix it. My question is was I right in asking him to fix it if I was unable to or should it have been my responsibility to find someone to fix it for me? For example, one of the other male renters? (I'm female and not quite strong enough to pick up the doors once they've snapped off)
