I am currently a customer sevice rep for a telephone company, but I am so tired of being on the phones. Everyone seems to be moving up except me. I have tons of customer service experience and I contribute a lot of valuable information to my peers as well as my superiors. I am in school for business management; however, there are plenty of people who are moving up without degrees! WTF!

I have a judgement that was filed by a Credit card company in 2003. I just opened a savings account in my name and my grand daughters name to start putting money away for college. Can this be garnished against this judgement and if so is there some other kind of college fund I can do that they cannot touch.

I graduated college in 2004 and consolidated that same summer. The rates they offer now are no where near as good as the rates I've already got from when I consolidated back then. Don't all the lending companies share information? The phone calls and the letters in the mail are driving me crazy!

Hello:I live in miami Fl,for the last 6 years(I'm latin) I'm 29 years old, single, no childrens,no family in this contry; I'm stading for be a nurse. I feel tire of miami, because the salaries are so bad,and Ithe live is not the best, also I feel that I want to try a new begining in a new place(II paced for a divorce a year ago). campsites are full around me i live in a wooded area a family member and their friends need a place to camp have access to electricity wildlife secluded privacy perfect for camping around the corner from lake don't want to be taken advantage of they can pay others they should be able to pay me i could rent out my property and make a business out of it people would pay alot for this setting and convenience resort charges 15.00 a night but i don't know if that includes electricity plus they have more people and can charge that much less

-given the scenario that the interest rates are expected to go up and you are allowed to buy bonds only, as a portfolio manager should you buy short term or long term bonds? and why?
