If you start charging then you become a business. As a business you have to claim the money as income and your property becomes a Rental property which has higher property taxes. Also, you have to have insurance because if some one is injured or a forest fire starts, you are liable. There are a few more things that you will need but I think I made my point.

Just something for you to think about.

I would have prices something like this.

initial charge of 12 dollars per a site
then $1 per a person per a night

So 3 people for 3 nights would be 21 dollars.

$15-$25 are common campsite prices in most areas. Campsites offering "extras" like shower/bathroom facilities usually charge a bit more. Electricity is not a major concern for most "campers".

depends onhow many people and area of campsite... i'd say like 8 bucks per 50 sqaure feet then 3 for every extra person after three people, but if they are drinking, being very loud, or using alot of electricity sau something and charge more and after like ten people chrage 5 per head though state parks that have nothing but a crapper charge like 1 buck per head and that i it o be careful

Hey--I think 15 dollars a night is great! Maybe even 20. That sounds like a great business opportunity. Do you need to be zoned for this activity?

10 or 15 dollars a night seems resonable
