Assuming you mean college students?
Pizza. That's how Domino's got started.
Cheap food in general.
Anything they buy frequently and repeatedly. Alcohol. School logo gear.
My advice - pick a better market if you can. Students don't have much money. If you are a student, you can still sell to the faculty and townies, they have more money.

Junk. Any kind of junk. Food, drink, supplies, whatever. And cheap cell phone plans... gas cards, toliet paper... plastic cups, kegs, paper plates.. plastic utensils, alcohol... umm.. ya.
So I work in a grocery store..and I'm a college student, heh.
