I keep seeing it on the side of buses. any ideas?

Maybe that means fast just got faster.

From your description, sounds like their touting "they do the driving," the meaning of "piano off its back" being the aggravation of driving. Whereby, I would guess the fast part is "with this traffic, do you think the aggravation is worth a couple of extra minutes, if you save them driving yourself?" It is all a guess.
