A business owner who has approximately 120 full-time employees is considering outsourcing (to India) as a means to reduce expenses. My questions are:

1> What departments are excellent candidates for outsourcing?
2> What kind of expense savings should be expected (%)?
3> What departments are not excellent candidates for outsourcing?

Any additional comments that could provide practical insight into this area would be greatly appreciated.

My husband and I have not been the best example of fiscally responsible people. we are at a place where we don't know about credit counseling ( the honest truth is we can't pay any more bills that we are paying right now) or to declare bankruptcy? Does anyone know what would happen if we declared bankruptcy, we are renting right now and would desprately like to buy a home.

Thanks

Should we start charging companies a service charge when we have to wait for their service people to come to our homes. Especially the companies who tell use we have to take a day or half day off from work to be there for them "between the hours of 12-6" or "8-2"? If we are not there when they arrive, they charge us a fee, but if they don't come, they don't think we have the right to charge them a fee. What do you think?

I was thinking in the lines of an architectrual engineer. I'm currently in 8th grade, just finished 7th with a gpa of 3.97-4.0
My main goal in a job is: make a lot of money (such as being able to own a ferrari), and spend a lot of time with my family since i know this is quite an issue these days.
so pretty much i want to live the high(er) life and i know i can work hard to get there, so plz post jobs that you know would be good for me.

I am responding to an ad that stated the pay as 410-$15 an hour and they wanted 1+ to 2 years experience. I have about 6 years in the field that they are hiring for but have been in a different career for about 2 years(1 year working in different field and 1 year off work with pregnancy) The last job I had in the field that I am applying to...my highest pay was $9.50. I have the experience but am not confident enough to ask for the $15.00 and hour. Should I try and see or start off at about $12? They must have liked my resume, they called me back the same day. I am not in a hurry to find a full-time job but if I have a chance at making good money, I need the income.
