I can't decide between a wrap dress or suit

Well its not actually a job, more of an internship, so i've been there 3 days now, but i dont feel like they are helping me, just a couple of persons are. I dont belong to that area, its advertisement, so its like i dont fit in since im an industrial engineer, i got the internship to study all the processes, make them better and efficient, get a quality system going on, and in all reduce mistakes on their part. But to do all that i need someone to explain me what they do, some people have done that but its very complex and i still dont fully get it. And in order to do my job correctly i need many little details that they dont mention, and when i ask them they tell me to come back later, that they are busy at the moment. So i have to do all that in a 3 month period, it seems like i wont be able to do so... and its frustrating 'cause like 50% of the day im just there sitting trying to "make up" the processes without the correct info. What can i do to get them to cooperate with me? Thanks

I have aboy $3,000 in the Thrift Savings Plan (a government type IRA), and that's about it. I have bought and sold some stocks, been pretty good at it so far, but i need security. I akm about $6,000 in total debt, do not own a home and have a good ratio on my earning to spending. My checking account has about $2,000.00 that I don't need to pay bills. I am in the navy and I reitre in 13 years, and I want to be able to retire at that time. I will have the military pension, but we all know that's not enough. I just opened an ING bank account last week to start putting some cash there (4.5%), but I need something good, and that will be ready for me in 13 years. Any help is appreciated.

I live in an extremely rural area, and getting a regular JOB outside the home isn't even an option. There aren't any to be had. I'm just looking for some creative suggestions of ideas for a business that I can start in my home. I like crafts and baking and things of that nature. I am on an extremely limited budget at the moment. If you could help me come up with something, I would really appreciate it.

Finding manufacturers? How to get retailers to buy your line?

I could pay my bills of in 5 - 7 years, but it leaves me about $50 a month to buy food on. My cousin keeps telling me to file bankrupcy and I can save all that money instead of spending it on bills. That would still qualify for a loan after a bankrucy to buy a car. I really don't know what the best choice is at this point. Pay the $60k and have zero in the end with good credit, or declare bankrucy and save the $60k and worse credit.
