I have six years experience, I love real estate, but I hate not getting paid on a regular basis. Does anyone any suggestions that I would like to do while still in some part of the real estate business?

There are salaried mortgage broker jobs - a friend of mine has one.

However, I'm told the mortgage industry is drying up - everyone has already refinanced and now rates are on the rise... it might be time to peruse other options.

Good luck from a stockbroker.

apply for a real estate manager job. Big companies need one. I work in a Coldwell Banker and WE NEED ONE.. They have many of the office responsiblities but can still get listings etc. They coordinate alot of the things the owner/brokers do not have the time for.
