How to have it managed? Do I need a Lawyer? What asistance I can get to have it done legally?

Dear:

First we need to know the nationality of this foreigner (individual, a corporation or any other entity), the name of the US company and the sector where it operates. Federal and State based agencies will be interested to know what is behind such transaction and that is their supreme right.

Disclosure of such indications are important before any other action can be taken.

I suppose that since the foreign company buys another company, in the US, the company knows how to manage and promote the products. Thus, the only real difference is how to learn and operate in another country! How have you done it already. in other states?
You identify a law firm, or even better a certified accountant and interview the people who already work in the company. Identify the ones you trust and would like to work together and the operations will proceed fine!
