It was never made. The highest bill ever created by the US Treasury was the $100,000 with Woodrow Wilson on the face of the bill. After $100, they created the $500, $1000, $5000, $10,000, and the $100,000. They do not make any of these high dollar amounts anymore, but there is talk to bring back the $500 bill.

nope there is no million dollar bill. All the Bills i have ever know have only been worth about 5 or 10.

Yeah, I saw a fake one before. It had the Statue of Liberty as its center picture. It was pretty cool looking :)
