When given tons of new hire set up papers, after getting a job offer, if you come across a document that you don't want to sign (but the company will say something like ALL documents must be signed in order for you to get paid), how would you handle it?

she's been working here a week and she's totally incompetent. Do I give her a chance? Do I let her go? I own my own co. and this is my first employee (she's not formally employed yet - no contracts etc.) Her salary will make a ditch in my takings, and she's not living up to her promises. What to do?

On the application it asks "What do you consider to be the most important qualifications of an employee"?? This is a Fast Food Restaurant. But I really need some good answers to give me the job! Also... "Which do you consider more important as far as a restaurant is concerned- Courteous, Prompt Service or A Quality Product?"

I have a friend who is VERY ambitious and is building a team through Quixtar. Many of their plans involve consuming the exclusive products sold through Quixtar such as; XS energy drinks, Nutrilite vitamin supplements, and health and beauty products. The convincing and very motivating factors in joining up with this company are things such as: residual income, mass-networking, learning and basically copying mentors who are making atleast 6-figures or are millionaires, and seemingly building your OWN company. The thing is I have done some studies and found out that ALOT of people claim that Quixtar is just a new name for the company Amway who became notorious for some of their procedures. I am just asking for any real professional, experienced, or greatly concerned individual who actually has knowledge either good or bad to share with me about Multi-Level Marketing or/and Quixtar. Any complex information about Quixtar would be gladly accepted. Thank you all for your time!

I’m 16; I have a job and will be able to repay the loan through a payment plan. I was just wondering, using an educated guess and disregarding the additional fees, interest, co-signing, and whatnot in this guess, the amount of money I will be able to be loaned while having to only pay $140 or less a month on a four or six year plan.

I have a few new and fairly used watches, from brands like Anne Klein, Guess, Tommy Hillfigure, J Lo, & others. I was just wondering what would be the best way to sell them for a descent price. I looked up ebay, but there are tons and tons of watches, and i dunno if i'll get more than a few bucks for them....
