I seem to be in a power struggle at work. I am only 5 months into my job, and I came to this one with a lot of experience. I want to do a good job, but the politics are such that my supervisor saids "oh don't concern yourself with that." I am of a temperament that I kind of need (or want) to be in control, not overriding the bosses but acknowledged for what I know. Plz help me know what is best.

I try to tell them if I had the money, I would pay whomever I owe! They don't seem to get the fact that there is no money to pay with! This last lady actually told me to defer a house or car payment so I could pay her (and this was collections for a dental bill)! Then, she started yelling at me!

So my friend told me that this is going to cost me more than just internet to be on here and ask questions. And I got worried because being myself, I had glossed over the policies and stuff but wouldn't they have said that it cost something and given paying options in the sign up site then? am i going to be paying big bucks for a bunch of questions or is this a free service? Help!

I want to find something like selling candles or t-shirts or avon or something that I can do and not have to have a real job. Something that I can sell and actually make money and is not a joke or a gimmick that takes your money. Something where I don't have to pay the company to do it. I'm not lazy. My husband works and I volunteer at a mission so I'm looking for something where I can make extra money . I live in the us. Thanks

I have an 11 year old, and have 10,000 saved for college in 529. I am currently applying extra principal toward my mortgage (300), saving 300 for college and putting about 1100 a month in a 401K. should i pool all this money to pay off mortgage by 2013 and use the money i was paying for Principal and interest (1300) for college or should I just continue to save the way I am saving.
