For 10-Ks, 10-Qs and other public filings, you can use the EDGAR database maintained by the SEC, linked below.

Go to Yahoo finance. Key in the symbol for the company. That will bring up the screen that shows pertinent data on the company. At the left of the screen about half way down there is a place to select "SEC Filings". Click on that. That will display a selection that allows you to select 10k and 10q filings for the company.
