If you went into a store like Wal-Mart and stole a candy bar, you would be arrested, and yet Wal-Mart and other retail stores scan items at a higher price then the item was marked.
I have caught this many times.
Is'nt THAT stealing too?

I recently found out that my ex-wife is moving to Phoenix with our 2 kids. She is re-married and the new guy has job opportunity there. Hence, I want/need to move to PHX as well. Purchasing/Buyer/Supply Chain is my skill set and what I enjoy doing. If anyone knows of companies hiring or is aware of opportunities, I would love to get info.

landlord rented a property to tenants that she had failed to pay taxes on and the property was foreclosed on by the bank. now the new owners of the property are pressuring the tenants to move out of the house within ten days. can the tenants file suit against the previous landlord for defaulting on the lease agreement and or other damages, moving expenses, attorney fees, money paid out to the previous landlord due to the fact that the previous landlord did not legally own the the property and did knowingly rent said property to residing tenants who are now being bombarded with threatening ten day eviction notices from the new owners of the property ?

I worked there for a total of 18 years. Starting a few months ago my son required care at St. Jude's in Memphis. I missed a lot of work, but they were seemingly supportive. When i returned to work i was late sometimes because of having to take care of my son and also my partner who had a massive stroke in the middle of all this. I was fired for having a poor attitude after telling them that one of their instructional videos was not realistic and for supposedly being overly critical of another department because they never did what they were supposed to. So please your honest opinion: did i deserve to be fired?

Since college, I've held down primarily paralegal jobs. Recently, I took an assesment test and found out I would be happier as a journalist. I've rec'd compliments from friends in the past about my writing style and was suggested to check out an occupation as a writer. What's the best way to enter this arena? I'm not overly picky about my first job.. it doesn't have to be for a major publication.

Every morning when I come into work there have been mistakes made that cost the company money. Even though these mistakes are not made during my shift it is me that ends up paying for them. This job has ended up costing me more between paying for other peoples mistakes, daycare and gas than i even make in a week. I don't want to just quit but I don't know how to get thru to these people.

If i want to avoid paying state income tax on a large sum of money I might make off of the sale of a stock, can I move to another state like Texas that has no state income tax and not have to pay California state tax on it? How long will I have to live in Texas before selling the stock? Can I keep our house in California and rent it out or would I have to sell it in order to avoid the tax in California?

When I ask...I want you to know the business is paying for itself, profitable and increasing clientel. The loan is a credit line...for just under 50,000....but with creative payments the loan can obviously be paid off earlier. Typically, again, how long before a business is fully owned and the profits are for pocket or rolled back in business, exclusively? Thank you for any help.
