When I had to amputate my penis because I had a wicked case of warts, I used a circular saw and a bottle of Xanax mixed with Vodka. Poof....warts are gone and I got one hell of a high. Hack saw and a bottle of Jack Daniels usually does the trick for me. Stay away from power tools.
