Forget about work and answer this question:
What really makes you happy?
You have to be doing something at work that really makes you happy, OR
your job has to allow you the freedom, and create the means, to allow you to do what really makes you happy.
Flexible hours, benefits, pay make create the means to allow you to do what you really want but if you are not doing IT, you won't be happy.

Perhaps you need an attitude adjustment --- I was burned out on my previous job and my job ended last month. I made quite a nice amount of money, but the hours were long and not too flexible. I enjoyed the people and hopefully will return to the organization.
Take a vacation, change your hours or something about your workplace.

first be grateful you have a good job.
not happy means you've lost interst.
so either make your job more interesting or find a job that does.
usually what ever your hobby is is what you should try to turn into a business or new job. eg. if you like fishing start a business or get a job in that area.

Are you interested in this career? Putting aside the good benefits, does this job arouse your interest? If the jobs' easy enough, you probally lack "challenging" which is one of the motivations that makes you feel your career worth devoting to.

Sounds like you are unhappy but doesn't sound like it is really your job causing your distress.Find a new hobby or go to church.

You are unhappy in your job because you choose to be unhappy in your job.
