You don't. Bankruptcy is an extremely complex proceeding. You need an attorney to do it properly.

If you insist on doing it yourself, first step is to get a law degree, and then pass the bar exam. That should take 6 - 8 years. Even then, you'll have a fool for a client and an idiot for an attorney.

You can't do it on your own. You need a bankruptcy attorney. They usually charge half of the cost up front. Around $350 or more to start it. It has to be filed and papers sent to all your creditors, they are given instructions to reply in a specified length of time, then it all goes to court. Look in the yellow pages of your local phone directory.
