Mainly, they do not tell you about the expensive "maintenance programs" that are required. He was told that the "matrix" (a glorified hair piece) would last up to three years, and he would have to come in every couple of months to have it reapplied. To his horror, on the day of the fitting he was hit with all this extra maintainence that he did not expect. Also, he was told that it would only last for seven months! This was a far cry from the "up to three years" he was formerly told. He sacrificed to make the initial purchase. He has sent them a registered letter as spelled out in the contract ending his relationship with them. Still, he is out $2,700 with nothing to show for it but a hairpiece that he can't afford to keep up. Can he get a refund?
