practice the types of questions that you think they will ask. Role play with a friend so that you have some practice. Most of all remember that they would not be interviewing you unless they didn't already believe that you are a good fit for the position. And SMILE!! It will tell them that you are happy to have the chance to interview and that you will bring a positive attitude to their company!

Good Luck on your interview!!

Mojo jojo gave some good advice. I would add that you should take some time to develop answers to common interview questions and practice your responses. Most companies use behavioral/situation questions that start with, "tell me about a time." They will be looking for specific examples to substantiate your answers. For example:
- Tell me about a time you faced a difficult decision and what you did.
- Tell me about the most difficult project you had to handle and what resources you used. **Don't forget to talk about teamwork.
- Tell me about a time that you made a suggestion that improved your company's profitablility or performance.
- Tell me about a time you disagreed with your boss. How did you handle it?
If you work through these kinds of questions and answers, you'll be really confident and blow them away.
By the way, don't forget to do your research about the company so you will have an intelligent question when they ask you if you have any questions. Tie your question in to the company and their competition, the industry, or some recent development. DON'T make it self centered ("When do I get vacation?).
Good luck!

Imagine they are all in their underwear...
No- seriously just go as prepared as possible. Practice answering common interview questions such as "What can you do for the company", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years", "What are your strengths/weaknesses", etc...
Write them down, then write down your answer and read it all week until your interview. Dress one step above what you would commonly wear on the job if you were to get that position- ie, if you would wear jeans and a polo shirt, wear slacks or khakis and a slightly dressier polo or button down shirt. Oh- and wear the strongest deodorant you have- ;) Good luck!
