Is there any safe way to do an at home peircing?

I want to peirce my lip, any advice on how to do it?

I got a tattoo on my foot last night. This is my second tattoo. But, since it is on the top of my foot, I am not sure if the after care is exactly the same. I know I have to keep it moist, and try not to rub it and stuff..
But.. is it better to cover the moist tattoo it with a plastic baggie? Or with medical gauze?

im 15 going on 16 in may and after i turn 16 i want to get a tattoo. does anyone have any good ideas for one, and could someone try to explain they're best what it feels like?
i really would like to get a celtic knot on my lower back, just black and medium sized. does that sound like a good idea?

My sister and I have a hard time buying for each other during the holidays. So we've decided to treat ourselves with matching tattoos...we were thinking using our mom's bday numbers (0623) Do you think with the numbers we'll look like we were inked in a prision...because of the 0623? Any do you have another ideas on a tatto significant to her and me?

Does anyone have any pics??? Pro and cons of that spot??? and Will it hurt?? I have a tattoo on my foot it too 5 hours and it really hurt... but the wrist.. i dont think it could be any worst.. But i need some ideas... I want a victorian theam or somthing like that .. Thanks
