Is it safe to get a facial when you're breaking out?

I got my first facial about five months ago and two months later my face broke out. I still break out. I'm getting a facial done today, will this make it better?

Belly button re-piercing?

How long should you wait to have you belly button re-pierced? Mine has been rejected & wondered how long I need to wait? What are the chances of a successfull piercing? This one lasted just under 1 year :(

i need help with a tattoo?

ok so i want to get my 3rd tattoo. my first one is on my upper middle back of the moon & stars and the 2nd one is on my right wrist of a shooting star. for my 3rd one i want to get Victory written in Greek with wings on either side to go on my lower back. BUT i have no clue what kind of wings i should get. i want cool ones that curve towards the front of my hips. anyone help!

a mourning tatoo ???

my boyfriend died six months ago in a car crash and i have been unable to get over it. he was really keen on a tatoo but i never let him get one. i want to get one for myself in his memory and maybe the pain will help a little. any ideas on what and where?

PS: i have never had a tatooo before.

Where can I place another tattoo??

I am planning on getting another tattoo (because i have found a design that i have fallen in love with). Now the only problem is with placement. I have 2 other tattoos... one is on my left shoulderblade and the other is midway down my back on the right side (half of it falls on my rib cage). I don't want everything to look cluttered or weird because they really don't have anything to do with each other. I don't really mind if this new one shows as long as it could be covered. I was thinking about somewhere on my leg (the design is a broken heart that has been stitched and bandaided with a little girl next to it, head hanging low, and words above her that say "I tried to fix it.... I guess I didn't try hard enough"... any suggestions?

Face scrub for dry skin?

I live in the UK and I'm looking for a face scrub thats gentle but good enough to really scrub away the dead skin cells on my face. Something that I can use 3 times a week.

My skin type is dry and tight if I don't use the correct products. I'm not really looking for one of those 'normal to dry' face scrubs either as they usually leave me with dry skin anyway.

Not fussed whether it costs £5 or £20.

How to cure dry itchy skin?

Ever since it started getting cold, the top of my hands became itchy all of a sudden. It's always itchy and dry. The itchy part on my hand began darken a little. Why does skin darken when it's itchy? What are ways to make it go away? And do I have to talk to my doctor about my dry skin?

do you have a rook piercing? do you know anything abotu them? tell me your experience?

hello. im going to get a piercing on monday. i wanted my cartilage re-done casue im not happy with it but im thinking about a rook instead. it looks like i have the right "anatomy" for it.( i have a nice fold i suppose) i know it would get irritated by talkign on the phone and such but i want to get it done on the opposite side anyways.

does it hurt more than a normal cartilage piercing? (i have 3 already. i got 2 done at the same time. all by professionals with needles) but how much does it hurt compared to a normal cartilage piercing i thought my cartilage piercings hurt like a !$%^&* lol.

what was your expereince?
what jewelry do you start out with? a curved barbell?
how long does healing take?

I just got my tattoo touched up...?

I usually use aquaphor for the first 3-5 days then I use lotion after that.

This time my artist told me NOT to use any aquaphor, just keep it clean & apply lotion.

What do you guys think about that?

Also, which lotion should I use on it, Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy (Original Moisturizing creme) -or- Curel Ultra Healing 24 hr daily lotion for extrea dry shin (on the back is SAYS fragrance free...but it sure does smell good)

How do I tell a tattoo artist that I don't like the design he made for me..?

I had a tattoo artist design/sketch a tattoo for me.
I gave him 3 drawings that I made...to show him just what I wanted.
I go to see the drawing he came up with tomorrow and (if I like it) get it tattooed on.

I have this fear that if I don't like his design I won't know how to tell him in a "nice" way that I don't want it.

(..and if its going to be on me forever I need to "want" it!)

PS.. will a tattoo on my shoulder/bicep hurt (haha)
