In all honesty: you can't.
I'm a model, so dieting has become my LIFE. Grapefruit or cabbage or water, I'm on it. I will probably be known as the girl who lived on slim fast and chicken throughout college, but whatever, I look fabulous (keep telling yourself this no matter what!).
IF YOU TRY ANOREXIA OR BULLIMIA you will end up GAINING excess fat due to your body's natural reaction: if you're not eating, it'll store some fat for you to burn during your daily activities. The only way anorexia and bullimia become effective if it's long term, and that isn't healthy.
Do know that the only way to lose FAT is by making your body burn more cals than it is taking in, therefore making it use the fatty cells for energy rather than sourcing the food you eat.
The best diet ever (for the people who want to lose weight moderately fast and maintain a really good lifestyle):
1. Eat 4-6 small meals everyday with lean protein included in each meal (this increases your metabolism and allows your body to burn fat even when you don't workout).
2. Cardio at least 30 - 40 minutes daily and alternate weight training: upperbody and lowerbody. For women: 3 to 4 days a week, men: 4 to 5 days a week. (Best to workout when you're hungry: your body has to turn your fat into energy rather than relying on food in your stomach.) This can be powerwalking...if you're on a treadmill make sure there is an incline, I know you've seen the people at the gym that seem to be there ALL the time yet never lose any weight: when you go to the gym, LEAVE SWEATING. That's how you know it's a workout. Without an incline when you walk or run you won't reach your target heart rate (which you need to maintain at least 30 to 40 minutes to really burn the fat).
3. Throw out your scale. Weighing yourself isn't realistic, but getting a tape measure sure is. It's also a great motivator.
4. DON'T GIVE UP. If you do this, guaranteed you'll see results within two weeks. I usually see results (if I keep my hands out of the cookie jar) in a week.
I had to come back and add these simple rules:
1. No carbs after 7pm.
2. No eating after 8:30 pm.
3. Best time to eat is AFTER you workout because your body is still burning cals.
4. If you're serious about losing weight "EXTREMELY" fast: chicken, lettuce, and grapefruit juice (half grapefruit diet, half just getting what you need to survive). Just remember that any weight you lose, you'll most likely gain RIGHT back.
5. Get some caffeine pills. I use "Ripped Fuel" but instead of taking "three a day" I take one about thirty minutes before I workout. It's like an energy boost: the more energy you have the longer you can workout and the more cals you can burn. Note: this is more psychological than anything else, but hey, why not trick your mind?
6. Basically: Don't eat anything with a LABEL. Fruits, veggies, and lean meats only.
7. Too much working out WILL burn you out, know when enough is enough.

The safest way I know involves eating lots of vegetable soup (made fresh with tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, and beans if you'd like) for 2 days, at least a quart a day, then soup and boneless, skinless chicken breasts day 3. Drink lots of water, sugarless beverages, but no sodas whatsoever. One week can shed up to 10lbs, depending on how much you have available to lose. It's a diet used for cardiac patients that need surgery quickly but are so overweight that it's a surgical risk. You can look up these kinds of diets under surgical diets. Good luck with the weight, just make sure you don't starve yourself. It's unnecessary and dangerous.

if you lose weight within a couple of days it is not healthy. but within 7 days you could try the south beach diet you could lose 10pounds a week drink 8 glasses of water a day or more with no other drinks or diet drinks just only water for 7 days. you can eat baked chicken or fish and salads there are certain things you can eat for breakfast, and exercise if can at least 15 minutes.you can go to www.southbeachdiet.com. I lost 40pounds within 1 month. there are different stages each week and it will get easier.

The quickest way to lose weight quickly but not permanently is to drop water you are retaining. This is done using laxatives twice daily and to stop drinking all liquids. Up your salt intake and cut carbohydrates, and eat more protein. Take a multivitamin. You WILL lose weight very quickly at the cost of energy and your general health.

Well in wrestling when were about 6 pounds over our weightclass and we have to weigh in in 2-3 days we put some foil around our belly and legs and then put sweats or several layers of clothing over. Then we jog for about 2 hours and sweat a crap load, also while we are jogging we spit in a big can and like that we loose alot of weight. In 1 practice i loose like 3-4 pounds, also dont drink alot of water or foods that have alot of carbs.

The only thing you will lose is water weight in 2 days and that won't be very much either.
When a person goes on a diet they generally lose water weight the first and possibally second week . 5 -7 #

Try the 3 day diet. Ive done it before and I lost about 6 pounds on it, it came back later though but I'm assuming you want to lose the weight for something coming up soon.
You could try the cabbage soup diet too, I love that one because I looove cabbage soup.

Atkins works for quick weight loss. You can lose 10-14 pounds in 2 weeks.
