I live in Iran and i had piercing on my navel...the doctor did it with a needle and thread and did it for 5 times....Is it the same in other countries too???

and the doctor told me everyday for 3 times i should move the thread in my navel...and use some cream on it....but it hurts...what will happend if i don't move the thread??? cause it really hurts!! =/

and after 10 days i can put my novel ring on my navel...it hurts too???

I dont mean like a religious thing at all- I mean biologically, what is the purpose of the beard?
I've heard the story about the munar nerve running along the jaw, and that a beard is to protect men from the feminine enrgy of that nerve. (A tale, of course)

I have an oily face - so what's the best way to avoid an acne outbreak? I wash daily (so that's not the case) - but it never fails to get oily again. Are there any home remedies or treatments? I would like a smooth looking face instead of having one with pimples and acne all over.

My man has had shaving rash for two years, it really irritates him. He's tried everything such as electric razors, cut throat razors, disposables, expensive ones everything! shaving in all directions, using different creams....... Has anyone got any suggestions of what actually works? As it looks really red now and he's forever slicing or catching it and it's really sore.
