Hi xxxxx. I don't think you "get" the will power. I think it is already within you. All you need to do is gently unlock it by loving yourself. The more you value, respect and care for yourself: the more weight you will lose. This won't happen by making yourself stay on a diet with willpower. It will happen because each day you will make choices that are healthy and that show how much you honor yourself as the beautiful woman you are. The key is in your heart. Love yourself. Care for yourself. Respect yourself. Try it. It is a joy to wake up each morning saying "today I will show my love for myself just as I will show it for others". There are miracles waiting for you. Start by finding them inside in how you feel about yourself.

Well well there is no such ready made things comes for 'will power'. You yourself have to tell that ...yes i have to-have to loose weight...& i have to do that at any cost. 1stly start to workout (or join gym) & go 4 days a week. In this way when you will start going for 2-3 weeks you wil find out that you got some will power.
Also try to make some frds in gym so that you will not feel bore.
And in this way you will 110% loose weight.

well i dunno about "getting" willpower cuz i don't have any but if i did theni'd share it with u!! i wanna loose weight 2 but have zilch willpower...i just take things 1 day atta time if i mess up and eat 10 choc biscuits then i fell awful and just think right time 2 get running...i've got loads of tips and stuff but i g2g now cuz i'm gonna take my dogz out for a walk but if u want them tips then my addy is

if youve ever wanted a shirt or something like that, hang it up in your closet and you will get will power to lose weight so you can wear it.

get a personal trainer
they wil motivate u to do it
and they will make sure u reach ur goal
u do all the work but knowing u are accountable to them
and ur money not going wasted keeps u motivated

excercise and eat the food that are not sweet. don't drink diet coke or eat sugar-free but sweet food cuz you need to make your tongue have another tasting style so that you will avoid high calories sweet food naturally.
