I don't know if you are a male or female but here is some general advice. If you can afford it, hire a personal trainer even if it's only once a week. If you don't hire a trainer, at least consult one just once. I would recommend exercising five times a week to start. This would consist of training with weights three times and doing cardio twice.
Work out hard when weight training but don't kill yourself to begin with. This will make it easier to continue. When you do cardio, try to find an activity you enjoy. This could be running, swimming, racquetball, basketball or boxing to name a few. Don't get impatient. Everyone grows at a different rate. Eat healthy. Stagger your meals. An easy diet to try (not that easy to adhere to) is to not eat meals that are not carb and fat heavy together. You can eat protein and carbs or protein and fat but NO carbs and fat together (without getting ridiculous). This will eliminate most junk food and sweets. Drink only water. This can reduce your caloric intake by as much as twenty percent. Stagger your meals two-and-a-half to three hours apart, five to six meals a day.
Three hundred to four hundred calories per meal if you are a male. Fifty less per meal if you are female. I wish you the best.

U did tell how is ur body lean or straight so that how much more u need we b able to know. Any how u get out useless tensions if u have then try to eat healthy foods not junk foods. Add some exercises to ur daily routine. Still no way then have steroids as favourate SALMAN KHAN gets.

Well, it is useful to have a routine of exercise everyday. But don't overtire yourself, or you're going to be to tired for the exercise the next day. Or go to a gym and workout there a few times a week.

Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories.

3.Need to reduce weight only.

Fat: 25 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 375 calories.
Complex Carbohydrates: 25 percent of 1500 calories per day = 375 calories.
Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories.

4.Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight.

Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories.
Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.
