It promotes Romance.... it gives u the chill to walk out alone looking at the dwindling shapes around n thus u won't venture out n eventually u will stay at home n have a nice sleep....

But for couples who r very much in love, i think it's a beautiful phenomenon that one should never miss to live with the beloved.

It's pretty, rarely causes skin damage and it's easier to sail by than sunlight.
