For all animals that walk on all fours, the rear is the centre of sexual attraction.
When humans began to walk on two legs, the female of the species formed breasts (which closely resemble the buttocks) to attract members of the opposite sex, instead of the butt (breasts aren't well suited to breastfeeding). However, that doesn't mean we don't still have the instinctive attraction to the rear.

Because all men are a little gay, just jokin. It is really close to the spot they want the most, and I have to say womens butts are really cute. It is harder to find a girl with a nice booty than a girl with nice boobs.

If it is not so, the weight of boobs on the front will make them bow permanently or rather fall. Nature has created a balance.

because if in shape, they look round and curvy. so men quickly think about how they can get in between.
