in brasil getting waxed is an event.... all of the girls wear miniskirts and have a few drinks before hand so that when they get there it doesn't hurt as bad...... will my friends and i get turned away if we go to get waxed and are drunk? not sloppy falling over drunk, but tipsy drunk?

So im going to florida for spring break and i wanna get a good DARK tan but ill only be down there for a week and may not be at the beach for a long time. Is there any good tanning lotion or any tips that can help me tan darker in a quick amount of time?

I bought L'oreal self-tanning lotion instant bronze glow. It has a weird smell and instead of giving a nice glow, it gives a really bad stained look. Any suggestions on which ones really do work for very light skin? Thanks :)

And can you tell if a girl has a fake tan like from a tanning bed or has the spray on? I love the way I look from a natural tan from the sun. I get a real golden brown color and freckle a bit. However, the beds make my skin stinky and don't give me a natural color if any color at all. The sprays and lotions smell as well and make me look orange! I get sooo much more attention with a tan so it makes me feel that I must look better with some color or could it be I just feel more confident and that is attractive to guys?

Pros and cons plz!!!
Ive tried waxing its painful- but i guess it works. I just don't like how it rips your tans off.
Shaving is fine- but i get razer burn and dosnt last long.
Never tried nair- I hear it smells horrible and it burns...
HELP PLEASE!!

I'm not good at knowing what colors I look good in, with makeup or clothes. I want to start dressing up more, for myself and my husband. Can anyone help me out?

I don't like to wear extreme makeup (I go bikeriding and to the beach a lot), but if makeup is your specialty I'd be happy to try out more makeup on a date night or something. If you could suggest anything to do with my hair I would appreciate that too, but clothing and makeup colors are my main concern.

Thanks for any advice. I have a date with my husband tonight so I'll definitly use your tips.

so... first he married some lady, then he got divorced. Then, he married another lady and had two kids, but then got divorced. THEN, he married my mom and had me. While my mome was pregnant, he was having an affair!!! My mom found out (she saw them kissing) and decided to give him another chance, but he still presumed the affair. They got a divorce. And a month after they seperated, he married the women that he was having an affair with. He moved to MEXICO, not NEW MEXICO, MEXICO!!! So.. then i only saw him like once or twice a year. Then after about five years, he got another divorce. Now, he married some mexican chick thats 26! HE's 51!!! His oldest daughter is like 20 or something!!! so his new wife and his sister could be sisters!!! His new wife wants kids.... so now they're probablly getting a divorce soon and then he'll get married again.

SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPINIONS ON MY DAD??? IS THIS NORMAL OR... JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK... PLEASE!!!

I know this may be a stupid sort of question but, I feel like I always have to impress somebody even if i'm just hanging around the family. I hate it when my hair isn't perfect, or my outfit isn't great. I never used to be like this. Now when I go to the pool or beach I'm scared to get my hair wet because I think I'll look horrible, and I never wear my hair up at school or at PE because I think I look horrible. I mean in 5th, 6th grade, I never cared about this. But in 7th grade I became really popular and like, now I just feel like I have to look good all the time, how can I change this?
