People tend to make their avatars look close to what they look like IRL or what they like/admire....
Judging by your avi you have a great style, classic, unfussy but pretty and refreshing...If that is your avi I'm pretty certain you follow that style pretty close IRL...
Now, obviously looking good helps to initially attract a guy BUT that does not hold them. You reel em' in with your pretty eyes or gleeming smile now what?
Find out his interests, if you HATE football but he loves it don't pretend to love it too, it'll quickly be discovered that you hate it. So, find common interests, common goals, dreams, music, art, classes, movies, etc...
If you have your eye on a certain dude do your homework on him, then start a conversation about the latest video by his fave band (hopefully one you like too) talk about that stupid/funny/retarded thing that "Joe" in Science class said/did today, mention the funny plaid skirt the gym teacher wore or the booger hangin out of that girl "Janice's" nose, etc..
Or ask him for an opinion like "I need to buy my friend a gift for her b-day she likes this type of music or this band what do you think would be cool"? Guys like to speak about what they know, they like to feel needed/smart, etc...Always ask for their opinions on certain topics of interest they love it!
Find a way to spark up a conversation it would help your nerves if he was alone. Feeling like your trying to "perform" for a crowd is nerve racking to say the least!
Be yourself though, don't go all out to change your entire personality and look to get a guy that you won't even be with for a month! Plus you'll get sick of trying to mantain a fasade that is not you.
If your dude in question likes the color blue wear it, if he once said "Hey that shirt looks good" wear it, If he likes hair down instead of up in a clip put it down, etc..
I did this once, I got a magazine I knew a guy I liked liked,It was "Rolling Stone" I sat by him reading it and when I saw I had his interest I said "Oh I'm done with this do you want it? There is a article about Kurt Cobain you'll love"

I like sweet girls. I like a girl who is nice to me and a little submissive. A pretty face and good body also help

well first of all the chemistry i have with a girl.. if we talk alot and we understand eachother thats a good sign.. the physical depends on the guy depends on how much he cares about that... i also see if she is nice and not a total ***ch

Her overall look like the way she dressesm,how pretty she is,her body like how fat she is,if she has acne,her smile and her eyes...Then comes the way she acts and her personality,who she hangs out with..all of that.
